Darby is the best man coverage corner in the silver tier. His combination of 92 speed and 84 man coverage will make him stick to defenders like glue, as long as he isn’t going up against elite wide receivers.

Randy Gregory will be a beast off the edge and has great speed and size to drop into coverage. He isn’t elite in any category, but is solid across the board.

Key Ratings: 6’3”, 92 SPD, 91 AGI, 94 ACC, 95 JMP

Mays is one of the better user defenders in the game. His mixture of height and speed make him ideal to user over the middle of the field. He also has a little pop in his bat with 86 hit power.

 

2. JULIAN STANFORD, DETROIT LIONS ROLB

Key Ratings: 88 SPD, 89 AGI, 96 ACC, 97 JMP, 82 TAK, 80 PUR

Stanford has speed for days. With 82 tackle and 80 pursuit he will also be great in tracking down ball carriers in the open field.

Key Ratings: 94 STR, 94 BKS, 85 TAK

When looking for value players in lower tiers look for players that do one thing well. Troup is one of the games best-run stopping defenders at any tier. 94 strength and 94 block shedding is elite no matter what tier the player is.
